Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand plans change. Here's how our cancellation policy works:
48 Hours Notice
Cancel or reschedule with 48 hours or more notice and receive a full refund of your £40 deposit.
Use the cancellation link in your confirmation email or contact us directly.
Less than 48 Hours Notice
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in the £40 deposit being non-refundable.
This helps us manage our schedule and ensures fairness to all students.
No Show
If you don't show up for your lesson without prior notice, the full lesson fee (£80) will be charged.
The £40 deposit is non-refundable and the remaining £40 balance will be invoiced.
Emergency Circumstances
We understand genuine emergencies happen (illness, family emergency, etc.).
Contact us as soon as possible and we'll review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
Instructor Cancellation
If we need to cancel your lesson for any reason, you'll receive a full refund or priority rebooking at your convenience.

What to Bring to Your Lesson

Provisional Driving Licence
Essential! You must have a valid UK provisional licence. No licence = no lesson.
Glasses or Contact Lenses
If you need them for driving, don't forget them! You must be able to read a number plate from 20 metres.
Comfortable, Flat Shoes
Wear shoes with a thin, flat sole for better pedal control. No heels, flip-flops, or chunky trainers.
Remaining Balance (£40)
Bring the remaining £40 balance. Cash or bank transfer accepted. Pay at the start of your lesson.
Water Bottle
Stay hydrated during your 2-hour session. Concentration is key, and water helps you stay alert.

Important: No Licence = No Lesson
By law, you must have a valid provisional driving licence before your first lesson. If you don't have one yet,apply on GOV.UK. It typically takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.
